The Wagner.Holmberg Residence was conceived as an unfolding box, opening layers out to the vineyard and pond landscape.
This residence includes playful features such as a skylight over the dining table that doubles as a table on the roof above. A central fireplace vents through a red pipe in the double height living area. It is paired with a red column, similar in appearance but completely different in function.
